For people with normal eyebrows:
step1: outline with eyebrow pencil;
step2: uniform coloring method inside;
For those with thinning eyebrows:

1. Please replace the pen cap in time after use. This product uses a quick-drying formula liquid eyebrow pencil. If you do not replace the pen cap in time, the moisture in the pen will naturally dry out and cause no water.
